- When will my order be ready for pick up or to be shipped?
Most of our products are made to order. We currently have a processing time of 5 business days (Mon-Friday; excluding holidays.) Under some circumstances such as high traffic, or high volume orders, orders may take a wee bit more time.
Local Pickups
Local pickups are available! We are based in Maple Ridge near Wild Play. Pick up is available on most days around 12pm-6pm.
When you order is ready for pick up please message us on instagram (@wee_prints) or email us at wee.prints.ca@gmail.com to arrange pick up time.
Shipping policy
We currently only ship within Canada.
- How long does shipping take?
Current estimated delivery time is 2-10 days from the time dropped off at the courier.
- Where do my orders ship from?
All orders are shipped from Maple Ridge, BC.
- How much does shipping cost?
We charge an $8 flat rate for orders below $75
Orders over $75 automatically qualify for free shipping.
Refund policy
3D Printing Disclaimer: Please note that due to the nature of 3D printing, minor imperfections such as layer lines, tiny blemishes, or slight variations in texture may be present. These are normal during the printing process and do not affect the functionality of the item. We do our best in giving our customers the highest quality prints we can, but these subtle irregularities are a normal part of 3D printed products.
Because our items are made to order, all sales are final unless noted below.
Eligibility
- If your item arrives damaged, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Damage caused by user error isn’t eligible.
